The pandemic highlighted the value digital brings to industrial business, and now there is no going back, says Manoj Mathew, a VP within Cognizant’s Digital Business & Technology service.

In terms of offering women an equitable career growth and representation at senior levels, Cognizant’s global head of BFSI digital operations and Hyderabad centre head Sailaja Josyula pointed out that her company has launched a women’s global leadership development initiative.

Cognizant, a multinational technology company with headquarters in Teaneck, New Jersey, wanted to promote its brand and discovered through research that golf and its global appeal would be a perfect fit. So it invested — in men and women.

Many organizations across the region are rethinking their operations and strategy to adapt to an increasingly digital world; and turning to the new frontier of AI-driven transformation to become more intelligent enterprises.

Amidst the doom-n-gloom scenario in the jobs market, with so many corporates struggling to survive in a post-COVID world, one technology player bucked the trend.
