Cognizant on Tuesday announced that it would achieve net zero emissions by 2030, a new milestone set out as part of the company’s ongoing environmental, social and governance (ESG) agenda to become a more sustainable business.

The nine-to-five, office-based, twenty-year tenure model of employment is quickly going out of date. Far more of us are working remotely than ever before, and as digitalization has opened up all manner of ways to earn a living, the ‘old ways’ may no longer be valid in a digital, post-covid employment market.
