Aluminum Water Bottles

Life Time Water, bottled in infinitely recyclable aluminum, has replaced the plastic water bottles previously sold at the LifeCafe.

This will prevent 1.6 million plastic water bottles from ending up in our landfills and oceans every year.

How You Can Make a Difference

Life Time is dedicated to conserving natural resources for today and future generations — and you can help make a difference.

Whether you’re in the club or at home, here are some ways to join in our conservation efforts.

  • Water Conservation

Consider installing low-flow showerheads in your bathrooms at home.

Look at your water bill to monitor your water usage and make adjustments where you can. Roughly 60% of residential water usage occurs indoors through flushing toilets, washing clothes and showering.

  • Energy Conservation

Turn off lights and appliances when you aren’t using them.

Consider installing a programmable thermostat to reduce heating and cooling when you’re asleep or out of the house.

Replace your light bulbs with energy-efficient alternatives, such as LEDs, to use 25–80% less electricity than traditional bulbs.

  • Waste Reduction

Bring a reusable water bottle to fill at the water fountains throughout the club to stay hydrated during your workouts.

If you use one of our plastic swimsuit bags, let it dry out and reuse it as much as possible.
