Customers will now be able to purchase tickets through the company's website, mobile app, social media or vending machines.

Dangdai Transport's new solution, built by Huaxia Express Technology Development Co., represents a broad modernization for the company. It previously sold an average of 5,000 tickets daily during peak seasons at passenger stations or via local distribution networks within the 64 towns it services. The new e-ticketing system will enable passengers to purchase tickets conveniently, remotely and in advance through their channel of choice.

The LinuxONE solution will allow Dangdai Transport to gather information about purchasing habits and engage with passengers to help deliver a more personalized customer service experience. LinuxONE enables clients to analyze data while processing transactions, allowing companies to better engage and understand their customers without slowing down transactions.

For customers who prefer the traditional, in-person purchasing option, Dangdai Transport has installed thousands of ticket vending machines in the region. For those who purchase tickets via mobile app, web or social channels, the company is piloting digital payment solutions.
