NEW YORK and ATLANTA, February 14, 2012 – John Adler, a veteran financial consultant with more than 30 years of experience in finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions, has joined Brooks, Houghton & Company (www.brookshoughton.com) as a senior adviser.

Based in Atlanta, Mr. Adler, will create a presence for Brooks, Houghton in the Southeast region of the U.S. Brooks, Houghton, a merchant bank serving the middle market and emerging growth companies, is headquartered in New York with representation in the Providence, R.I.; Buffalo, N.Y.; and Stamford, Conn. markets.

Mr. Adler holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and an MBA from Boston College in Massachusetts.
