Houston, Texas – November 14, 2025 – Cigna Healthcare has named company leader Dalton Humphries as general manager for its group employer business in South Texas.
In this role, Dalton will be responsible for driving market growth for client employers with under 3,000 employees by creating customer value and ensuring that the local market strategy, product, and network offerings meet evolving customer and client needs. He will also work with the market’s network leaders, medical executives, and others to advance outreach in the communities Cigna Healthcare serves.

Dalton has been with Cigna Healthcare for more than a decade and brings a wealth of experience to this role. He most recently served as the Sales Manager for the South Texas market working with client employers with under 500 employees. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Dalton proudly served in the U.S. Navy, as a Senior Intelligence Team Leader.
