The spirit of Giving Tuesday is at the center of what the TAG Oral Care Center for Excellence (OCC) does every day. The OCC is a first-of-its-kind 25,000 sq. ft. treatment and training facility located in Chicago’s West Loop. It offers industry-leading training and professional development opportunities to Aspen Dental doctors carrying out an important mission: to provide comprehensive dental care at no cost to underserved patients in Illinois — patients like William Farris.  

After struggling with some of his back teeth, William Farris went to see his general dentist to seek relief and care. He was given one of two options: extract the teeth and replace with a partial denture or replace the teeth with implants. The high price of implants forced William to opt for the partial denture, but he remained concerned that this solution may not prevent his teeth from shifting in the future due to the gaps in his smile. William first heard about the TAG OCC at a follow-up visit with his general dentist, and realized he now had a chance to finally receive the permanent solution and peace of mind he was looking for—all free of charge.
