Wilmington Trust Hires Jane Snyder, Continuing M&A Expansion on West Coast

Wilmington Trust hired Jane Snyder as a senior relationship manager to manage escrow and paying agent transactions on the global M&A product team.
Wilmington Trust hired Jane Snyder as a senior relationship manager as the firm continues to expand its M&A services on the West Coast. Snyder will manage escrow and paying agent transactions on the global M&A product team, and will be based in Wilmington Trust’s Corporate Trust office in Costa Mesa, Calif.
 
Snyder has more than 20 years of experience in finance. She comes to Wilmington Trust from Deutsche Bank, where she was manager of their M&A and escrow team on the West Coast. Previously, she was the administrative manager of public finance for Orange County, Calif., assistant treasurer for Bank of New York, and senior trust administrator for Bankers Trust Company.
 
Snyder earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
 
“Jane has built a solid reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and responsive M&A relationship managers on the West Coast,” said John Deleray, Wilmington Trust’s director of New Business Development for the West Coast Region. “Her experience with both large corporate clients and top law firms makes her a great addition to our Global M&A team.”
 
Wilmington Trust opened its Corporate Trust office in California in 2011, which has grown into one of the top corporate trust offices in the U.S. Wilmington Trust has become a primary transaction agent for a number of public entities and large corporations.
