Rosie Brooke Taylor
In her new role, Brooke-Taylor is responsible for presenting the company’s full range of specialized trust and administrative services to corporate clients throughout Europe. Most recently, Brooke-Taylor was a business development relationship manager with the Capita Group, specializing in capital markets, structured finance, corporate finance, real estate, PE, and IPO markets.
Earlier in her career, she held business development roles with both Moody’s Corporation and Fitch Ratings. She reports to John Traynor, managing director of European Business Development, and Christophe Schroeder, the London-based executive managing director of CCS’s European business.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University Manchester.
“Rosie’s experience and expertise is an excellent addition to our team as we continue to deliver our services more broadly,” said Traynor. “We have steadily grown our CCS business globally in recent years, particularly in Europe. We offer expanded product offerings and our specialist teams and local jurisdictional expertise in financial centers around the globe are important factors in our ability to serve increasingly complex capital markets transactions.”
Wilmington Trust’s CCS business offers institutional trustee, agency, asset management, retirement plan, and administrative services for clients worldwide who use capital markets financing structures, as well as those who seek to establish or maintain nexus, or legal residency, for special purpose entities. CCS is distinguished from many of its competitors by the experience and expertise of its global staff, its multi-jurisdictional presence, and its reputation for superior service and execution.
