In her new role, Baris will work closely with staff in Wilmington Trust’s offices throughout the U.S., particularly California and New York, providing solutions to complex estate planning issues and fiduciary administration of Delaware Trusts to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Prior to re-joining Wilmington Trust, she was a vice president and senior trust and fiduciary officer at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Beverly Hills, Calif. and Houston, Texas.
Earlier in her career, Baris practiced law as an associate attorney with several Philadelphia area law firms, including Reed Smith and Richards, Layton and Finger. She earned both her Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation from Widener University School of Law. Baris received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
Baris will report to Tess Pietrucci, vice president and head of Trust Administration for Wilmington Trust.
