New York, NY, March 1, 2021–Wilmington Trust, a leader in wealth management and corporate and institutional services, announced that Shannon Saltos has been promoted to regional managing director and senior wealth advisor in the New York City Tri-state Region, with specific focus on Westchester/Rockland counties and Connecticut. She will work closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies to help clients work to meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives. Shannon also has experience working with multiple M&T Bank advisory lending services such as bridge financing, residential and investment real estate financing, and specialized asset-backed facilities secured by investments, art, yachts, and aircraft.

Shannon has had a 20-year career in finance and banking and rejoined the organization in 2015 as a private banker on the Tri-State Wealth Management team and in 2019 became a Private Banking regional manager. She has worked in various roles in Commercial Banking, providing her the unique ability to advise on cash flow and lending solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Shannon began her career in human resources in 2002 and moved into a commercial relationship manager role with M&T Bank in the Philadelphia market before relocating to the NYC metro area in 2007.

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and attended Lebow College of Business at Drexel University. Shannon is a board member for American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Rivertowns, is a member of WHOW of NY, INC. and participates and volunteers in industry-related organizations.
