Carinthia Terrain Parks

Carinthia boasts 100 acres of terrain parks—featuring 80-100 unique features—spread across eight distinct parks on the only all-terrain-park mountain face in the East. Whether you're a first-time skier, a snowboarder just getting started, or a seasoned pro, Carinthia has something for everyone. The skilled Terrain Park Team caters to all skill levels while also regularly building top-tier competition courses, including for events like the Futures Tour, Carinthia Classic, and USASA Series. The park crew is creative and innovative. Whether it is welding steel or shaping snow, they create ingenious features ensuring the parks are as unique as the riders who use them.

Located in The Junkyard terrain park, the Carinthia Classic features a jam-style format on a one-of-a-kind plaza-style build, comprised of a wide variety of rails. In honor of the 10th anniversary of Carinthia becoming an all-terrain-park mountain face, the first-ever Carinthia Classic—a rail jam celebrating the east coast skiing and riding community–was held in 2018. Over the years, the event’s purpose remains the same, to bring skiers and riders of all levels from across the country together while honoring Carinthia’s legacy of innovation and progression. The best part of the Carinthia Classic is that it attracts the best emerging and top park talent, so you never know who will show up to compete for the $20,000 purse!
