Summer Adventures
Mountain Village Adventure Park
Mountains of summer adventure and fun await the entire family at Park City Mountain. Located steps away from vibrant Park City Main Street, Park CIty Mountain's Adventure Park at Mountain Village hosts a wide variety of activities and dining options. Activities at the Park City Mountain Adventure Park include Utah’s longest mountain coaster, a 3,000-foot-long Alpine slide, the Flying Eagle Zip Line, scenic lift rides, hiking, mountain biking, mini golf, a climbing wall, gem panning and more.
Canyons Village
Located just 35-minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, Canyons Village is an ideal base camp for your summer mountain getaway. The pedestrian-friendly village offers lodging, dining and shopping options just steps away from mountain trails. Canyons Village provides an idyllic mountain backdrop for outdoor summer concerts, events and lively festivals. Canyons Village summer activities include scenic gondola rides, cross-country mountain biking, disc golf, hiking and Canyons Golf. 
 
Canyons Golf  
Elevate your golf game in the fresh mountain air all summer long. Canyons Golf offers a challenging and enjoyable 18-hole par-70 course located steps away from the Grand Summit Hotel. The course was designed by renowned course architects Gene and Casey Bates. It offers more than 550 feet of elevation change and is characterized by memorable shots and dramatic views. Scenic Lift and Gondola Rides
Take in a bird’s eye view of Park City and the Wasatch Mountains with a scenic lift or gondola ride. Town Lift takes you to the trails directly from Park City Main Street while Payday Express and Crescent Express offer hiking access and scenic rides out of the Mountain Village base area. Red Pine Gondola at Canyons Village offers a 360-degree view of the Wasatch Mountains as you rise above Canyons Village and head toward the ridgeline. The gondola provides access to mid-mountain al fresco dining at Red Pine Lodge and is the gateway to Alpine trails at Canyons Village. World-Class Mountain Biking
Two lifts provide bike access during summer at Park City Mountain and are centrally located among some of Park City’s most beautiful trails. Crescent Express operates out of Park City Mountain Village and provides access to the IMBA-recognized “Epic Ride” along Mid-Mountain Trail. If you’re up for a challenge, Crescent Express helps riders access Change Reaction, Cyn City and Charlie’s 9K, three of our newest trails constructed by Mountain Trails Foundation. Accessible via the popular Spiro trail is the new Seldom Seen trail, a downhill directional intermediate. At Canyons Village, Red Pine Gondola provides access to miles of gorgeous cross-country biking and hiking trails. Bike rentals are available on-site at Legacy Sports and Canyon Mountain Sports.
Summer Events
Park City Farmers Market: Wednesdays starting May 28
The Park City Farmers Market returns to Mountain Village this season after several seasons at Canyons Village. This seasonal market will take place in the First Time parking lot every Wednesday this summer from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The market showcases local Utah vendors and artisans selling fresh produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, crafts and more.
Latino Arts Festival: June 13-15
Celebrate the Latino and Hispanic cultures of Peru, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina and more. Enjoy live music, performances and art exhibits all weekend at Canyons Village.
Forum Fest: July 3-5
Forum Fest returns to Canyons Village in 2025. The festivities kick off Thursday, July 3 with a headliner concert followed by two days of live music, great food and drinks, kids and family activities, public art displays and more. This year’s Forum Fest will also feature nightly fireworks and drone shows.
Park City 4th of July Celebration: July 4
Grab your favorite red, white and blue regalia and head down to Main Street for Park City’s annual 4th of July Parade. The parade progresses down the length of historic Main Street and ends at City Park.
Concerts on the Slopes presented by Park City Institute: Select Evenings July 12 – August 30
Park City Performing Arts is thrilled to present eleven shows for the 2025 Concerts on the Slopes at Canyons Village. The series features a variety of artists, including Blues Traveler, Mike Posner, Plain White T’s and more, set in an open-air venue against the idyllic backdrop of Canyons Village. This concert series promises an unforgettable fusion of genres and invites music enthusiasts of all tastes to experience the magic of live performance in one of Utah’s most scenic settings. Canyons Village Summer Concert Series: July 11-August 29
Enjoy complimentary live music and fresh mountain air on select Thursday evenings in July and August at Canyons Village. The summer concert series will feature musical performances from local, regional and national artists. Concerts begin at 5:30 pm, and guests are welcome to bring picnics or enjoy food and beverages from restaurants on site.
 
Park City Wine Fest: October 2-October 4 
Explore the mountains and sip wines from around the world with more than 100 wineries and distilleries represented at Park City Wine Fest. Experience Park City’s culinary scene with expertly paired wine dinners and lunches. If you’re feeling adventurous, check out a paired wine hike or lifestyle event.

Take in lunch or dinner al fresco at Legends Bar & Grill with mountain favorites including gourmet burgers and fresh salads. Jupiter Java will also be open, offering coffee and snacks to keep you fueled for your adventures. At Canyons Village, the Umbrella Bar offers a selection of snacks and drinks in an open-air setting at the heart of the pedestrian village. On mountain, guests can fuel up with tacos, burritos, nachos and more after their adventures at Red Pine Lodge, which is accessible via Red Pine Gondola or one of the many hiking trails at Canyons Village.
