Keystone Resort Honors Military Servicemen and Women with Special Veterans Day Weekend Appreciation Offers
KEYSTONE, Colo. — November 8, 2012 —In a Veterans Day tribute to all those who have served in the Armed Forces, Keystone Resort will host a Military Appreciation Weekend November 10-12, 2012 offering discounts on lodging, activities and dining.

A long-standing partner of Rocky Mountain Blue and a proud supporter of the US Military, Keystone, will salute all those who have served the Nation, including all current and retired military, Department of Defense personnel and Veteran ID card holders with 33% off lodging, $59 lift tickets, 15% off ski school and spa products, deals on resort activities and discounts at participating restaurants. Also, in celebration of Veterans Day weekend free cupcakes will be handed out in River Run Village at the base of the gondola beginning at 8:30 AM each morning. In giving thanks for the military member’s service, and in conjunction with AMillionThanks.org, Keystone Resort will be providing ‘Thank You’ cards for guests to write a short message to send to military personnel around the world.

For those who decide to participate in Keystone’s Veterans Day commemorative celebration weekend, they will be treated to an affordable best-in-class experience. From skiing/riding on superb early season snow, to strolling around the shops in River Run Village, to dining at Keystone’s excellent establishments, Keystone Resort offers military members and their families an outstanding early season getaway.

Throughout the Winter 12/13 season, Keystone Resort offers tremendous savings for military servicemen and women. The Resort rolls out the red carpet with 15% of all Keystone managed activities, ski school offerings, food & beverage outlets and spa offerings, plus 50% off parking.

Not only are military personnel and their families treated to a world class experience, but they can also participate in Keystone’s Kids Ski Free offer; throughout the entire 2012-2013 winter season, children 12 and under will ski/snowboard for free at Keystone. As simple as childhood itself, Keystone’s Kids Ski Free program removes the red tape and fine print, allowing all children 12 years of age and under to ski and snowboard free every day, all season. The program has no blackout dates and is available on all weekends and holidays, a rarity in the ski industry. To qualify, families must stay two or more nights in one of Keystone’s numerous owned and operated accommodation options, which span from luxury hotel rooms to cozy ski-in/ski-out condominiums. Families big and small are able to take advantage of the offer, as there are no restrictions on the number of children per adult.

To book now call 1-800-328-1323 or visit our website at www.keystoneresort.com. Keystone Resort would like to thank all military personnel and their families for their service and sacrifice.
