“Consolidating our base and Village operations under one leader will allow us to provide a seamless experience for our guests, leverage the synergy of similar departments and ensuring that guest service remains at the highest level,” said Bill Rock, Northstar’s chief operating officer. “Nadia has been an integral part of the Northstar team since 2007, and I’m confident her leadership will allow our Village and base area operations to continue to thrive.”
In her most recent role, Guerriero served as the General Manager of the Village at Northstar where she was responsible for all of the Village area operations, commercial management, development of Village programming and special events. During her tenure, Guerriero worked closely with Village tenants and homeowner groups, successfully elevating the overall guest experience in the Village at Northstar with a specific focus on service.
As Northstar’s Director of Village and Base Area Operations, Guerriero will overseepublic safety, transportation, parking, grounds, vehicle and building maintenance, Village hosts, Village services and special events.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Guerriero began her career in athlete management and marketing, rapidly gaining responsibility for managing some of the most accomplished action sports athletes in the industry. She started at Northstar as the Director of Events in 2007 and was promoted to Village General Manager in March of 2011. Guerriero and her family reside in Reno, Nevada.
