Breck Summer Fun Park Opens This Weekend
The Breckenridge Summer Fun Parkis back and better than ever, opening this Friday, June 15 at the base of Peak 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Uniquely situated on the slopes, and easily accessed via the free BreckConnect Gondola, the Breck Summer Fun Park features activities for all ages, including the Gold Runner Coaster, Alpine Superslide, Breck Treks guided hikes, 4X4 off-road tours, pony rides, a climbing wall, mini golf and more.
 
Starting Friday, the Fun Park will be open daily from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. through Sept. 3, and then Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only through Sept. 16, with free parking available for guests in the Gondola North parking lot. Free shuttle buses will begin service from the gondola lot starting this Friday, and the BreckConnect Gondola will start running with free service this Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
 
Breckenridge Ski Resort and Vail Resorts Echo also invite the public to the annual Mountain Cleanup Day and Local AppreciationDay this Thursday, June 14. Crews will start from the Peak 8 Base and head out all over the resort to help beautify our trails for the official start to summer.
