Vail Resorts Epic Pass Holders Can Again Have an Endless Ski and Ride Season with Free Skiing at Las Leñas Resort in Argentina

Broomfield, Colo. – April 4, 2011 – Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) announced today that all Vail Resorts Epic Pass™ holders including new and renewing Epic Pass purchasers for the 2011-2012 ski and snowboard season can once again continue their epic winter season through the summer - in the Southern Hemisphere - with free and unrestricted skiing and snowboarding at Las Leñas Resort in Argentina for every night stayed at select hotel properties in Las Leñas.

"The Epic Season Pass already gives skiers and riders unlimited access at Vail Resorts’ world-class resorts including VailBeaver CreekBreckenridgeKeystone,  Heavenly, and Northstar-at-Tahoe as well as Arapahoe Basin, but we wanted to continue to give Epic Pass holders even more benefits and once again offer them an opportunity to for an endless ski and ride season in Las Leñassaid Heidi Kercher-Pratt, vice president and chief marketing officer for Vail Resorts.  , Argentina.”

The Epic Pass provides unlimited, unrestricted access to six world-class resorts including VailBeaver CreekBreckenridgeKeystoneHeavenly and Northstar-at-Tahoe, as well as Arapahoe Basin for a price of $649 adult and $329 child (ages 5 to 12). Now, all Epic Pass holders can receive free and unrestricted skiing from June through October of 2011 and 2012 at Las Leñas during their stay at a qualifying Las Leñas hotel if they purchase their Epic Pass prior to May 30, 2011. Prices on the Epic Pass are also guaranteed through May 30, 2011. Purchasers can put $49 down now with the remainder due in mid-September. In order to receive free and unrestricted skiing at Las Leñas, skiers and riders must be a 2010-2011 Epic Pass holder or must buy or renew the Epic Pass for the 2011-2012 ski season this spring and stay at one of following hotels in Las Leñas The Piscis HotelEscorpio HotelAries HotelVilla Capricornio, or Acuario Hotel. Epic Pass holders will receive free skiing for every night stayed at one of these selected hotels. Season Pass Benefits
In addition to the free skiing offer at Las LeñasEpic Pass and all Vail Resorts season pass purchasers will continue to receive exclusive offers on lodging, dining, ski rentals, equipment, ski school and special events for the 2011-2012 ski and snowboard season at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar-at-Tahoe and Arapahoe Basin. Skiers and snowboarders who purchase their pass this spring will also receive special benefits for the 2011 summer season including access for sightseeing and gondola rides.
