The newly remodeled Keystone Conference Center is the largest conference venue in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, the second largest in the state, and the closest destination conference resort to Denver. It is capable of providing a customized experience for groups of all kinds and is technologically equipped for every level of need. Like many aspects of Keystone Resort, the Conference Center offers environmentally friendly options for meetings and events. Both on- and off-mountain fine dining establishments abound for conference goers. Only steps from the slopes, attendees and guests have endless options for down-time activities in both the summer and winter. The Conference Center is within walking distance of the new Keystone Lodge & Spa for those who prefer to relax in between meetings.

 

The floor plan is simple, with two ballrooms located on the ground level for easy scheduling of general sessions and breakouts. Large lobby and foyers enable efficient registration, smooth traffic flow and easy networking. An additional 4,000 square feet of free standing meeting space is on the second level. For smaller programs there is a unique circular boardroom outfitted with an executive round table. A business center is strategically located near both ballrooms. Two ground-level loading areas provide easy access for exhibits and large displays. A complete banquet kitchen dedicated to the culinary needs of meetings and conferences is located on the same level as the ballrooms assuring great service and cuisine.

 

The Keystone Conference Center offers state-of-the-art technical resources. Wireless internet is available in all meeting rooms and common areas as is 10 Mbps high speed communication access via T-1 lines. Convenient phone/data jacks and electrical outlets are strategically placed in the floor. Guests enjoy digitally controlled sound configuration and the expertise of practiced, knowledgeable audio-visual consultants.

 

The Conference Center is powered by 100 percent renewable wind energy and boasts an energy efficient lighting system. A composting program diverts over 12 tons of kitchen prep waste per year and its recycling efforts diverted over 127 tons of material in 2006, a diversion rate of nearly 50 percent. The material recycled and composted by Keystone Conference Center in 2006 is equivalent to: saving 18 households of energy for one year; preventing 106 trees from being cut down and turned into paper products; preventing 138 tons of air emissions from entering the atmosphere; and taking 66 cars off the road for one year. 

 

The Alpenglow Stube, Keystone Ranch, Ski Tip Lodge, and Keystone’s horse-drawn or wagon rides provide excellent dining experiences for connoisseurs of every level.
