ARMONK, NY - 08 Jun 2017: IBM (NYSE: IBM) confirms that it has signed a 10-year Cloud services agreement with Lloyds Banking Group in the UK with a contract value £1.3bn (including VAT). IBM will provide dedicated Cloud offerings hosted securely in both Lloyds and IBM data centres in the UK and will manage the application migration services to the new Cloud.
