We are working with the owners of Grand Hyatt Amman to provide support to those guests and employees injured or otherwise affected by the attack, as well as the families of those victims. Steps we are taking to that end include assistance with medical expenses and grief counseling. Senior Hyatt executives have arrived in Amman to personally oversee these efforts.
