Boosting its Hedge Fund Expertise in Europe, Heidrick & Struggles Announces New Partner in London
John Hindley brings more than 15 years experience within the hedge fund consulting sector

LONDON, September 3, 2014 -- Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq:HSII), a premier provider of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services worldwide, today announced that John Hindley has joined the firm as Partner within the Financial Services Practice. He will be based in the London office.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Hindley worked for Credit Suisse Prime Services where he led the EMEA Prime Consulting team and was responsible for advising clients on many complex issues, with an emphasis on talent and compensation. Previously, Hindley led the hedge fund practice at a boutique search firm and placed senior hedge fund candidates in a variety of both investment and operational roles. Hindley began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in London and New York, and providing tax advice to hedge fund clients. Following eight years at PwC, he worked for Morgan Stanley in prime brokerage.

Hindley earned a master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of St. Andrews. He also earned his ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
