A message from our president & CEO - AAPI Support

2021, March: Heidrick & Struggles is united and in full support of our Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) and Asian communities in the United States and around the world. We remain unwavering in our stand against racism, discrimination, and social injustice in all forms.

We are all angered and saddened by the ongoing rise in violent and hateful acts being committed against our Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) and Asian communities in the United States and other countries around the world. To our colleagues, clients, friends, and family members who are experiencing feelings of hurt, fear, and grief, we are here to support you.

As a global community, we have a shared responsibility to use our platform and resources to combat racism, bigotry, and xenophobia in all forms. There are deep-rooted systems of racial inequality and social injustice that must be addressed – change must happen. On this, Heidrick & Struggles stands united with our AAPI, Asian, Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC), Latinx, and LGBTQ communities, and all those who are not fully included in society.
