－专线服务对象：患者、医院、药房、药品经营公司等。
－服务范围：处理与安斯泰来中国上市产品有关的用药咨询、药品不良反应报告、药品真伪辨别咨询、购药咨询、质量投诉等。 
－工作时间：9:00-17:30（周一至周五），非工作时间可根据语音提示留言，我们会尽快与您联络。
