LITTLETON, Mass., February 19, 2019— Strengthening its North American sales force, ZeeVee has named James Chordas, an experienced AV and IT sales pro, as territory manager – Northeastern U.S. and Eastern Canada.
In his new position, Chordas will be responsible for managing domestic sales of AV over IP and RF broadcast distribution technology in 11 states – Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia – as well as north of the border in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia provinces. He will report to Joseph Chordas, vice president, North American sales and marketing.
“James brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the AV and information technology sectors to our team in support of our growth in the AVoIP market, while continuing to serve our extensive RF customer base,” said Bob Michaels, CEO, ZeeVee.
Chordas was formerly a senior sales representative at Storyvine, a Colorado-based video content creation solutions company. Other positions Chordas has held over the course of his career include Northeast region sales manager at Discover Video; director of sales and productivity expert at Cohesive Knowledge Solutions; Northeast territory manager at IDS Solutions; and manager, sales operations, at Vbrick Systems where he was worked for eight years.

Chordas graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy. He lives in Wallingford, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
