MILIPITAS, Calif., July 7, 2021 – California Governor Gavin Newsom visited the LifeMoves Mountain View homeless project in late June to tour the 100-unit modular shelter facility designed to provide temporary housing and services for up to 124 interim residents experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. He also used the occasion to deliver remarks dealing with the extension of tenant protections against evictions which are set to expire this week.
