MINNEAPOLIS, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Bixby Energy Systems Inc., a new-energy technology development company, has re-appointed finance and accounting veteran Ron Kinner to its executive team as chief financial officer and controller.
Mr. Kinner, 58, brings more than 20 years of experience working in a broad range of senior management, finance, investor relations and human resources positions in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. The announcement marks Mr. Kinner's return to Bixby Energy Systems where he served as its chief financial officer from 2007 until October of last year.

Prior to re-joining Bixby Energy Systems, Mr. Kinner served as chief financial officer and controller for Hypres Inc., a leading venture capital-funded superconductor company. He has also held various financial positions at Hitchcock Industries, a supplier of castings and related services for the aerospace industry; Wellman Dynamics, a manufacturer of castings for the aerospace industries; Pinnacle Food Group, a producer of diversified food products; and Kenall Manufacturing, an independent lighting manufacturer. He holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University and a master's degree from Marquette University.
