BNY Mellon Appointed as Depositary Bank by Austrian Post

NEW YORK, April 5, 2013 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has been appointed by Oesterreichische Post AG (Austrian Post) as the depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program. Each Austrian Post ADR represents one-half of an ordinary share and trades over-the-counter under the symbol "OSTIY." Austrian Post's ordinary shares trade on the Vienna Stock Exchange under the symbol "POST."
