BNY Mellon Appointed to Trustee and Agent Roles for Baylor College of Medicine's $462 Million Debt Restructuring

NEW YORK, November 20, 2012 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has been appointed master trustee, bond trustee, paying agent and registrar, index rate calculation agent and tender agent by Baylor College of Medicine for its $462 million debt restructuring, which comprises four bond issues.  Baylor College of Medicine is a leading biomedical research facility and the only private medical school in the southwestern United States.
