Chahin Pahlavi Brings Nearly 30 Years of Experience to the Tri-State Private Banking Group

NEW YORK, October 25, 2012 — The wealth management business of BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has appointed Chahin Pahlavi to be a private banker based in the company’s Manhattan office. He reports to Peter Angelica, private banking regional director for New York Tri-State.

Pahlavi has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, most recently with Modern Bank for five years. There he served as managing director and private banker to high net worth clients and grew a portfolio totaling $200 million in assets. Prior to that position, Pahlavi was a private banker with HSBC Private Bank’s high net worth group where he managed a client portfolio of $250 million.

Pahlavi earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and lives in Garden City, New York.
