BNY Mellon Appointed to Trustee and Agent Roles for Capital City Link General Partnership's CAD$534.8 Million Bond Issue

NEW YORK, June 14, 2012 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has been appointed indenture trustee, collateral agent and financial model custodian for Capital City Link General Partnership's (CCLGP) CAD$534.8 million bond issuance.  CCLGP will use the proceeds of the issuance to finance construction of the northeast leg of Anthony Henday Drive, a ring road highway around Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

In its role, BNY Mellon Corporate Trust will provide a variety of services for the debt issue, including processing principal and interest payments and maintaining bondholder records.

Capital City Link General Partnership and The Government of Alberta Ministry of Transportation have entered into a public-private partnership in which CCLGP is responsible for designing, building, operating and financing Northeast Anthony Henday Drive.  Capital City Link General Partnership is a general partnership comprising subsidiaries of Meridiam Infrastructure, ACS Infrastructure Canada and Hochtief PPP Solutions GmbH.
