October 27, 2011 — Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company, announced today that it has expanded its leadership of anytime, anywhere account access with the introduction of a browser-based version of its innovative, open-architecture NetX360® technology platform. NetX360.com offers a simplified professional experience which can be accessed from wherever an investment professional has access to a browser. Given this flexibility, it serves the additional benefit of acting as a complement to disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

NetX360 enables Pershing's introducing broker-dealers, their investment professionals and registered investment advisors to manage their entire firm's brokerage and advisory business on a single, integrated platform. NetX360, which boasts more than 100,000 registered users, was the first professional platform to offer access via the iPad® in 2010 and the iPhone®, BlackBerry® and Windows Mobile® in 2009; the year the platform was introduced. Earlier this year, Pershing also introduced a version of NetX360 that is compatible with the Google Android™ operating system. Pershing has focused on expanding its mobile offerings in response to customers' demands to be able to access their portfolios no matter where their business may take them.

Pershing is currently testing a beta version of the application with investment professionals. It plans to formally launch the application in December positioned as the replacement for the existing browser based application NetXPro.com.
