BNY Mellon Asset Servicing to Provide Sub-Transfer Agency Services for The Delaware Investments® Family of Funds and Optimum Fund Trust

Extends Existing Outsourcing and Mutual Fund Servicing Relationship

NEW YORK, July 20, 2011 — BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, the global leader in investment services, has been selected to provide mutual fund sub-transfer agency services to Delaware Service Company, Inc., the transfer agent for The Delaware Investments Family of Funds and Optimum Fund Trust.  

BNY Mellon will provide shareholder services, call center servicing and financial and regulatory reporting services for The Delaware Investments Family of Funds.  It will provide various back office support functions for the Optimum Fund Trust. These two mutual fund complexes had a combined $36 billion in assets and more than one million shareholder accounts as of May 2011.
