BNY Mellon Appointed as Depositary Bank by Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd.

NEW YORK, April 14, 2011 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has been selected by Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. (Qihoo) as the depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program.  Each Qihoo ADR represents one-and-a-half ordinary shares and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "QIHU."
