Sessions to focus on proxy access and governance, cost basis reporting, global taxation-incentive compensation linkage, asset recovery, and other equity issuer concerns

Attracting participants from Shareowner Services' extensive client base of leading U.S. equity issuers, the event will feature presentations by industry experts speaking on a broad range of timely equity issuer concerns.

Taking place from October 27th to 29th, the 2010 event will allow Shareowner Services clients to hear from a number of noted experts from leading industry organizations speaking on a number of timely topics.  Guest speakers include:
