BNY Mellon Shareowner Services Appointed as Exchange Agent and Transfer Agent for Coca-Cola Enterprises

JERSEY CITY, N.J., October 15, 2010 — BNY Mellon Shareowner Services has been appointed as exchange agent for Coca-Cola Enterprises (NYSE: CCE) in connection with the recently-completed sale of CCE's North American bottling business to The Coca-Cola Company. BNY Mellon Shareowner Services also has been appointed as transfer agent for Coca-Cola Enterprises.
