LONDON, July 20, 2010 — BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has announced that Peter Craft is to join the company later this year as the new Head of its Trustee & Depositary business within the EMEA region.

Craft was formerly Head of Trustee & Depositary Services at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), responsible for RBS' trustee/management company service to the UK, Luxembourg and Dublin. He had been with RBS since 1974.

Frank Froud, Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, said: "We are delighted that Peter has decided his future is with BNY Mellon.
