BNY Mellon's Pershing Unit Recognized by CIO Magazine as a CIO 100 Award Honoree

JERSEY CITY, N.J., July 19, 2010 — Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company, announced today that it has been named as one of the CIO 100 award honorees by CIO magazine. The 23rd annual award program recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in information technology (IT).

Pershing was recognized by CIO magazine for the successful introduction of its NetX360™ technology platform in 2009. The recipients of this year's CIO 100 award were selected first by a team of judges that reviewed all award applications and made recommendations, and then by CIO magazine editors who reviewed the judges' recommendations and voted on the final 100.
