BNY Mellon Appointed as Depositary Bank by Renta 4 Servicios de Inversion S.A.

NEW YORK, March 22, 2010 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in asset management and securities servicing, has been appointed by Renta 4 Servicios de Inversion S.A. (Renta 4) as the depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program.  Each Renta 4 ADR represents one ordinary share and trades on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) market under the symbol "RSVXY."  Renta 4's ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges and the Spanish Continuous Market under the symbol "R4."
