BOSTON, October 29, 2007 — Eagle Investment Systems LLC, a unit of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, has announced that BIMCOR, investment manager of the Bell Canada Enterprises' (BCE) pension fund, with approximately $13 billion under management, has selected Eagle to replace its current investment accounting system.

"We selected Eagle's accounting platform after a comprehensive system review and proof of concept. We reviewed many systems and Eagle's robust functionality, asset coverage, inherent workflows and the automated real-time flow of data into Eagle's Data Hub and Performance Measurement systems were some of the factors behind our selection," said Remy Orsoli, senior director, investment accounting at BIMCOR. "Eagle's accounting solution will help BIMCOR improve our operational efficiency."

"We are pleased to have added BIMCOR to our growing list of accounting clients. By selecting our integrated accounting solution BIMCOR is well positioned to move to a highly automated, exception- based accounting process," said John Lehner, president of Eagle. "We see a continuing trend in the Canadian market of firms wishing to replace legacy accounting systems."
