— Pershing LLC, a unit of The Bank of New York Mellon, has launched Talent ConnectSM, a new program designed to offer broker-dealer customers and their investment professionals innovative solutions and best practices for attracting and retaining top talent. Findings from the report will be released in the third quarter of 2007.
