The Bank of New York Mellon Wins ISR Magazine Trustee of the Year Award

LONDON, January 8, 2008 — The Bank of New York Mellon has been awarded International Securitisation Report (ISR) magazine's trustee of the year award, in recognition of its commitment to client support and global development in new asset classes and jurisdictions.

In its award citation, ISR noted The Bank of New York Mellon's successful completion of the conversion of several business segments as part of its acquisition of JPMorgan Chase's corporate trust business, which established the company as the leading provider of trust services globally. ISR highlighted the addition of new offices in Luxembourg, Dublin, Frankfurt, Milan and Poole, as well as the company's market share growth in key debt servicing categories.
