NEW YORK, November 27, 2007 — The Bank of New York Mellon, a global leader in asset management and securities servicing, has been selected by Bank Saint Petersburg as the depositary bank for its global depositary receipt (GDR) program. Each Bank Saint Petersburg GDR represents three ordinary shares.

Russia's Bank Saint Petersburg is a leading commercial bank in Saint Petersburg and in the Leningrad region.
