BMO’s Leslie J. Anderson Recognized on Savoy Magazine’s 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America List

CHICAGO, April 16, 2020 – Savoy magazine recognizes Leslie J. Anderson, BMO Harris Bank’s senior vice president and global head of enterprise technology and employee experience on their 2020 “Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America” list.

The list showcases African American men and women who have been recognized for their executive business leadership in national and global corporations. The list is based upon these individuals’ exemplary record of accomplishments and influence while working to better their community and inspire others.

The selection of the "Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America" begins by examining the landscape of spheres of influence impacting Savoy's readership including: corporate sector influence, scholastic achievement, career growth, community outreach and recognition. The information is then reviewed by the selection committee which includes the Savoy editorial board and community leaders.

“Leslie has not only done outstanding work within the bank but out in the community as well,” said Tracie Morris, BMO’s U.S. chief human resources officer. “We are proud of her accomplishments and how she continues to embody our purpose statement to Boldly Grow the Good in business and in life.”

Leslie serves on the executive board and various committees of the Chicago Entrepreneurial Center/1871, OneGoal Chicago, After School Matters, the YWCA and Chicago State University Foundation. Leslie is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization.
