    BMO Harris Correspondent Banking Team Expands West with Hiring of Scott Strebe

    PHOENIX, Dec. 19, 2017 - BMO Harris today announced the hiring of Scott Strebe to the Correspondent Banking team as Relationship Manager, responsible for business development and client relations for the western United States.

    “Scott brings the optimal balance of commercial and correspondent banking experience, expertise and local market knowledge to the role,” said David Ball, Managing Director and Head, Correspondent Banking, BMO Harris Bank.  “Scott’s passion for providing an exceptional customer experience will help us grow our business throughout the western half of the United States.”

    Strebe, who has over 30 years of commercial and correspondent banking experience, also brings capital markets and treasury management experience to the role.  In his new role, he will assist financial institutions with interest rate protection strategies, international, safekeeping, fixed income, letter of credit, foreign exchange, and treasury management needs.

    This is a professional homecoming for Strebe, as he spent more than nine years with M&I Bank in both Oshkosh, Wisconsin and in Phoenix. He has his Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  During the beginning of his career he also attended the Graduate School of Commercial Banking in Norman Oklahoma, along with the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.
