    BMO Harris Bank Names John Petrovski Managing Director and Head, U.S. Commercial Real Estate

    CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - May 1, 2014) -

    • He brings over 30 years of experience, including leadership Roles in legal, real estate and government sectors

    BMO Harris Bank today announced that John Petrovski has been promoted to the role of Managing Director and Head, U.S. Commercial Real Estate, BMO Harris Bank.

"John's broad range of experience, combined with his passion for education and new challenges, makes him ideally suited for the role."

    Petrovski was previously the Commercial Real Estate team's Chief Operating Officer at BMO Harris Bank, during which time he was focused on enhancing the bank's commercial real estate lending programs.

    Before joining BMO Harris Bank, Petrovski led the commercial real estate lending platforms at Merrill Lynch Capital and Heller Financial Real Estate. He was also with the FDIC, running teams in the Division of Resolution and Receiverships - Loss Share. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

    Petrovski succeeds Dan Hampton, who will continue with the Commercial Real Estate team in a senior role and will be based in Indianapolis, focused on business devel opment and client relations. "Over the past five years leading the commercial team, Dan has brought together a very talented team that has earned a great reputation in the marketplace," added Casper.
