    Mortgage Industry Experts Will Walk You Through the Process

    LEAWOOD, KS (July 3, 2013) – Buying a home can be a daunting and intimidating process, especially if you are looking to become a first-time homeowner. As part of BMO Harris Bank's ongoing commitment to financial literacy, the bank is providing free educational seminar s designed to help you navigate the home buying process.

    Speakers include a mortgage lender, a realtor and a title agent. These professionals will be on-site to answer questions such as: How much home can I afford? Do I have to use a realtor? I'm self-employed; what steps must I take to qualify for a loan? How much are closing costs?
