    DESERT FOOTHILLS LAND TRUST RECEIVES DONATION

    DESERT FOOTHILLS LAND TRUST RECEIVES DONATION FROM BMO PRIVATE BANK TO FUND LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHER'S EXHIBIT

    PHOENIX (March 14, 2013) – One of the special privileges about living in the Southwest is the beautiful outdoor vistas and landscapes Mother Nature provides. The Desert Foothills Land Trust works with landowners, communities and others to help protect the most special natural areas in the Arizona communities of Carefree, Cave Creek, north Scottsdale, Anthem, north Phoenix and New River.

    BMO Private Bank is the presenting business sponsor of a unique photo exhibition by photographer Jerry Sieve which includes photos from many of the permanently protected preserves in the north valley. Sieve spent 18 months photographing, developing and preparing his work for this exhibit.

    "This is a wonderful opportunity to help the Desert Foothills Land Trust share the beauty and diversity of the area," said Steve Matteucci, BMO Private Bank President – Western Regions. "BMO Private Bank is honored to partner with this leading community group and showcase this talented photographer's work."

    Sieve is a well-known Arizona photographer, having been published in such well-recognized and respected magazines as Arizona Highways and National Geographic. He has also published five books of photographs and has exhibited his wo rk in art galleries and shows across the United States.

    Beginning March 15, the exhibition will be available for public viewing at the Foothills Community Foundation Holland Community Center. It will then move to the Desert Foothills Library from April 11 thru May, 31. The Cave Creek Museum will display the photographs from October thru December 2013.
