    BMO Harris Bank Supports Newest Exhibit

    PHOENIX (October 30, 2012)– Arizona Museum for Youth’s (AMY) newest exhibit is guaranteed to get children’s attention because it is all about the green – money that is. BMO Harris Bank is a presenting sponsor of “Show Me the Money”, a colorful, artistic look at currency and coins from around the world. Kids can create their own money and then shop at the town market, view a history of money timeline, view several art pieces related to money, and learn about the “art” behind the printed bill.

    The exhibit contains a number of hands-on activities for kids of all ages. While the children are busy dressing up to play banker, parents can use the BMO Harris electronic tablet and learn how to teach their ch ildren how to spend and save wisely through BMO’s “Helpful Steps for Parents” program. BMO Harris is also providing the young visitors with a financial activity book they can take home.

    BMO Harris Bank Arizona President, Steve Johnson, commented, “As a financial institution, we understand the importance of raising financially-smart kids. AMY has done a wonderful job of presenting this exhibit as both fun and educational.”

    The partnership between AMY and BMO Harris Bank began with the Museum’s founding in 1980.
