Holladay Properties to Build at Ameriplex Corporate Center

INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 14, 2012 – Holladay Properties, LLC has received an $8.5 million construction loan from BMO Harris Bank to build at the Ameriplex Corporate Center. Construction recently commenced on the 98,500 square foot build-to-suit building which is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2012. When complete the property will contain approximately 79% office space and 21% warehouse space.

"Holladay Properties will b e building this project specifically to meet the needs of the tenant," said John Wise, director of commercial real estate banking for BMO Harris. He added: "It will be a terrific addition to AmeriPlex".
