    Harris completes full integration of Mercantile branches

    CHICAGO, August 26, 2006–Harris is pleased to announce it has completed the conversion of Mercantile Bank to the Harris platform, the final step in the acquisition process.

    The successful conversion provides former Mercantile customers with access to Harris products and services at all 200 locations, and also provides current Harris customers with full access in the Northwest Indiana marketplace. Furthermore, all former Mercantile locations now carry the Harris name.

    Harris acquired the 19 Mercantile branches in 2004. With the completion of the conversion, Mercantile customers have full access to all Harris products and services, locations, ATMs, Harris Telephone Banking and online services including online banking and bill paying and Harris Total Look.
